Shipping Information
Our Carriers
At EZ Inflatables, we've secured agreements and discounts with several reputable shipping carriers, and we pass those savings on to you. You're also welcome toĀ arrange your own shipping if you prefer.
We work diligently to ensure every shipment is properly prepared and packaged for safe delivery. Once the carrier picks up your shipment from our warehouses, responsibility for the shipment transfers to them as a third party. In either case ā whether you use our carrier or arrange your own ā EZ Inflatables has no control over the carrier's handling of your shipment in transit or its condition upon arrival.
If Your Shipment Weighs Less Than 150 Pounds
Smaller boxes and packages ship via UPS or USPS. These carriers will generally deliver to your doorstep and may require a signature upon receipt.
If Your Shipment Weighs More Than 150 Pounds
Most of our inflatables (water slides, obstacle courses, larger bounce houses, andĀ combo units) weigh over 150 pounds and require a large truck for transport. These shipĀ via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carriers, which handle deliveries diļ¬erently than UPS or USPS.
Standard LTL service delivers to the curb at the end of your driveway, or to aĀ truck-accessible point at your address. It does not include delivery inside your home, garage, or backyard. If you need additional service beyond curbside drop-oļ¬, the options below are available for an additional fee.
Please let us know before your order ships if you need any of these, so we can arrangeĀ it with the carrier in advance.
Notify Before Delivery ā The carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment beforeĀ arriving, rather than showing up unannounced.
Delivery Appointment ā A specific scheduled date and/or time window is arranged inĀ advance for delivery.
Lift Gate Delivery ā The truck uses a motorized platform to lower your shipment to ground level. Needed if you don't have a loading dock or forklift to unload a shipment directly from the truck bed. If lift-gate service is utilized at the time of delivery without being arranged and paid for in advance, all related charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Threshold Delivery ā The carrier brings your shipment past the curb to the first dry,Ā accessible entry point, such as your garage or front door, rather than leaving it at theĀ curb.
Inside Delivery ā The carrier brings your shipment inside your building, beyond theĀ threshold. Most customers are able to move their product inside on their own using aĀ hand truck or dolly, which avoids this fee.
Sort/Segregate Delivery ā For multi-piece shipments, the carrier separates andĀ organizes individual pieces at delivery instead of leaving them as one bulk pallet orĀ unit.
White Glove Delivery ā The highest level of service. Includes inside delivery plusĀ unpacking, placement, and removal of packaging debris.
Delivery Timeframes
Processing and transit times vary by product and destination and will be provided atĀ checkout or in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees ā carrierĀ delays, weather, and high-demand seasons (spring/summer) can aļ¬ect delivery dates.
Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receipt, and before you sign for your shipment, thoroughly inspect the entireĀ shipment for missing items and damage, including tears or holes in boxes or shrinkĀ wrap. If you discover anything:
- Point it out to the driver.
- Photograph the damage or shortage.
- Clearly write it on the paperwork the driver has you sign. Don't sign "as is" if there's visible damage.
- Contact us immediately afterward at 888-344-5867 so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
Freight damage claims are time-sensitive. Damage not noted at the time of delivery isĀ significantly harder to claim after the fact.
Arranging Your Own Shipping
If you'd prefer to use your own carrier or freight broker, let us know before your order ships. You'll be responsible for coordinating pickup details, and the carrier's own terms, insurance, and liability will apply once they collect the shipment from our facility.Ā EZ Inflatables is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once a customer-arranged carrier takes possession of the shipment.
Address & Delivery Requirements
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Corrections made after aĀ shipment has left our facility may incur carrier reconsignment fees.Ā
Limited-access addresses (military bases, farms, schools, fairgrounds, and similarĀ locations with restricted or no unloading facilities) may incur additional carrier fees. Let us know at checkout if this applies to you.
