It has been a busy summer for the team here at EZ Inflatables and we've received some great questions from you all during the last few months. So today, we'd like to make a Frequently Asked Questions page to hopefully answer those and any other questions you may have. Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Your order will ship out within 24-48 hours after full payment has been received. Allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive.*Note: Keep in mind that any units that are not in stock will need time to be manufactured.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping depends on total weight and location.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped out?
A:  Yes. Pick up is available at our location.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship out of Baldwin Park, CA.

Q: Do you ship to my state/country?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

Q: Do you rent out? How much are your rentals?
A: We do not rent. We manufacture our inflatables and they are for sale only. 

Q: Are your inflatables commercial grade?
A: Our inflatables are commercial grade 15 oz Vinyl.

Q: What blowers do your inflatables use?
A: All of our units come with RLD blowers.

Q: Do you build your units in house?
A:  Yes, we have a manufacturing facility at our location.

Q: Do I have to pay in full when I order?
A:  All orders have to be paid in full before shipping. We do offer layaway plans.
*Note: If the unit you're ordering is not in stock, we will need a 20% deposit to begin production. 

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A:  We do offer package discounts.

Q: Can I have a custom inflatable made?
A: Yes!
